My heart is heavy after hearing the news of Coach Ritchie passing. He was a great man and a great coach. He trusted me to lead his team and I would have jumped through fire for him. I will miss talking to him. My thoughts and love are with Sharon and his family.

Thank you to all of the Montreal Alouettes players, coaches, and staff. I’m disappointed in how it ended - I loved my time as the Head Coach of the Alouettes. We found ways to win when the odds were against us, played with passion and joy, and fought hard every game.

I will miss exploring the city, but I leave feeling grateful for the opportunity to lead this team.

We made the playoffs both years I was the Head Coach, amid no ownership, new ownership and many moving parts. I am so proud of all of the players on our team.
And a big thank you to the fans and the city of Montreal. We really appreciated YOUR passion and joy in the stands.
