@goteacherless @RogersHistory Exactly. I try to remind people that there is, in fact, a HUGE teacher shortage, so Ts are really in the driver’s seat, if they’d only take the wheel. Too many just keep their heads down & mouths shut, unaware that they are now complicit in the farce they secretly dislike.

@RogersHistory I speak out & am not silenced. But, I am ignored & told I need to set an example as a veteran by getting w/the program. I will not “get w/the program” that is the antithesis of
S-ctrd best T-ing practices. I won’t “Stepford Wives” teach. Ts lose the energy to fight after awhile.

Even when Ss get expelled & must return to their home base public school, the tax $$$ are not returned to the public school. Seems like an incentive to expel Ss, quite frankly. Get the money, reduce your # of Ss, live large. 😡

@ModestTeacher No. Copier, microwave, vending machine that doesn’t work, sofas that are occasionally home to a mouse family. Only a handful of people ever hang out & that is usually just lunch.
