As the school year comes to a close, we’re thankful to have introduced 4,025 students to the Kentucky Horse Park this year through the KHP Field Trip Program. The program is funded by the generosity of donors which provides complimentary field trips to the Park.

You’re invited to an evening of yoga every Monday at the KHP Run Walk Club starting May 29th. The class is led by local yogini and equestrian, Darcia Fantucchio and meets under the shade by the Man o’ War statue at 6:30 p.m. All levels are invited and the class is free!

The KHPF was honored to award a significant grant to the @KyHorsePark this week, made possible only through the generous support of its donors. A grant of nearly $358,000 was awarded to purchase several pieces of maintenance machinery that will make a huge impact at KHP!

20 years ago today Funny Cide won the 129th Kentucky Derby. Funny Cide has been admired by fans at the Kentucky Horse Park’s Hall of Champions since 2008.

The magnificent Man o' War was born on this day-March 29, 1917. 106 years later &fans still visit from around the world to pay their respects to one of the greatest racehorses of all time. He serves as the inspiration of our logo & annual giving campaign-the Man o’ War Society!
