Where did the arms come from?
This vessel left St Petersburg, Russia 13th March, then Kaliningrad, Russia on 19th March, then stopped at Novorossiysk, Russia 10th April. Next stop was Kochi, India on 5th May, before arriving at Thilawa on 12th May.
