Some doctors are so unprofessional. I booked an app with the gynae, the receptionist advised I come in at 09:00 to open a file as it gets packed and it's first come, first serve. The doctor usually arrives at 11:30. Tell me why Im sitting in the reception area at 12:33 all alone?
