2 महीने पहले प्रीपेड मीटर लगाया गया है पुराना मीटर निकाला नहीं गया उसी से कनेक्शन करने का क्या मतलब है? 2 महीने होने पर भी निका��ा क्यों नहीं गया दूसरी बात 10 तारीख को मैसेज आता है कि 25 oct से प्रीपेड कर दिया जाएगा, इसका बिल कैसे भरा जाएगा ये कौन बताएगा ? @UPPCLLKO @PVVNLHQ
