and if love ever finds me again, i hope it's with someone who thinks about how their actions affect me,someone who considers my feelings before making choices and values my peace as much as their own because I'm not here to survive love again, I'm here to finally live it
i actually think "surface level" friendships are very healthy. not everyone in your life has to be your ride or die. some friends are for the gym. some are for going out. some are just for complaining about work or bureaucracy. when you stop expecting everyone to be your everything, the disappointment disappears. those deep convos and connections are for the 2-3 people closest to you
most males are cowards when it comes to confronting their male friends about mistreating women, because they value male approval more than women’s safety.
Accountability means a lot to me. Nobody is perfect, we all make mistakes, but don’t try to shift the blame and make my reaction the problem when your actions are what caused the hurt in the first place. Take responsibility for what you did before questioning how I responded.
Men will sit in your face and tell you someone is unattractive, not their type, talk about their looks, their body….and actively having raw sex with them
