it’s come to my attention that not many men understand women’s hormonal cycle phases so I’m gonna break it down for you :) they’re actually very important and if you plan on understanding women and having a gf you should know this!
I’m gonna share how it affects my mood/day to day rather than the science (you can look it up to see what’s happening anatomically and hormonally)
ovulation- HORNNYYYYY literally anything masculine makes me dripping wet and I can’t stop touching myself. I’m also looking and feeling good this is my favorite time in the cycle I wish I was always ovulating lol
luteal- THE WORST I look and feel my worst. I literally puff up like a puffer fish I straight up gain 10 pounds of water weight overnight when I enter luteal and then in drops when I enter follicular. mood swings, depressed, angry, literally all of the bad things I HATE luteal
menstrual- also not good but starting to get out of luteal so things are better lol. just have to deal with negative period symptoms so cramps and pain
follicular- THINGS ARE SO GOOD!!!! looking good feeling good, locked in and doing my best. life is so good during follicular and nothing bothers me
each stage in the cycle last for a certain amount of time but the total cycle lasts around 28 days before it loops again.
disclaimer: the intensity of how each phase in a cycle affects a woman varies greatly and is very individualized, this is just my experience. I tend to have more severe symptoms but I’m sure there are women that have very mild to no symptoms. also just because we’re in a certain cycle that doesn’t automatically mean we’re going to act a certain way!
A young woman from Germany vanished without a trace 11 years ago. Now, her name makes several appearances in the Epstein files. Her family wants to finally learn what happened to her. https://t.co/cwnleksESl
I looked this up and it’s being done for courts to recognise assisted reproduction, surrogacy, and same-sex couples during disputes
So the backlash is another example of how transphobia gets used to justify pushing more restrictive & conservative values across the board
⭕️ An entire family was burned to death after an Israeli airstrike hit a residential apartment west of Gaza City overnight.
The five victims were:
▪️ Manar Ibrahim Labed
▪️ Hassan Rabah Labed
▪️ Mohammed Hassan Labed
▪️ Rafah Hassan Labed
▪️ Tamim Hassan Labed
Local journalists say the family was asleep inside the apartment when it was struck.
@ramenslurperr Have you tried to pretend you're in a two character play where you play both characters and you talk yourself through it like a manager/actor situation? It sometimes helps me do shit I wouldn't otherwise do to better my life.
the unflattering (but honest) answer to the “what more do you want from her” that no one will admit is:
“I want her to have never made a mistake and always been on my side. I care less about her actually showing change through her actions than my enjoyment of forever standing in judgement of her past so I can feel morally superior because I never have had a wrong belief in my life ever” lol
It’s such a shame that’s how polarized we’ve all gotten online, especially on the left. So focused on attacking each other and not letting people grow from their past that we end up ostracizing people who are actually aligned with our beliefs.
Like, how are we supposed to make the world and society better if we keep pointing fingers at eachother 🫠
If youre in the mood for very good tv (fantastic writing, acting, lighting, cinematography, set design, all of it) i recommend Widow’s Bay on apple tv. Its comedy horror, and its really great, just came out!
@SummerHartxxx Its a real bummer that facts aren't enough to convince folks. You almost have to be a borderline sociopath and max out charisma to manipulate people into believing something true.
a key point in the plot of office space is that the employees of initech have no stability, and are in fact perpetually on the chopping block because of the gutting of job protections and corporate profit-maxing that continues to make life hell for most americans every year
