@TheLotster @emi_koekemoer Power is supposedly being worked on at the moment but I didn't seen anyone at the Elgin distributor earlier. Water is new. The optimist in me is hoping it's just emergency work on the Grosvenor burst. Not a great time to be in Chester Road.

Surge about an hour and a half ago tripped power and hasn't come back. Appears to be the whole area of Bryanston West. Is this related to the Brynorth substation coming back online?
