When I read the quote 1st time, honestly I was skeptic. I believed the damage has been done and it's tough to bring audience to theatres. But karthik didn't dishearten and confidently posted positive reviews, gave interviews, did promotions..
KaSu's belief in us and #dorothy 🫡🫡
@hemaaahere Possible. But definitely they won't be weeping this hard beating their chests. Cz by that point, subbu's been mourning dorothy and has started pulling away from their toxic antics completely. It's clear they grew a cold shoulder when whistle killed the hen subbu tried to protect
When a character runs into a room, doesn't open the door and others watch it through windows and weep, an avg person thinks of su*cide. But in #dorothy, you know it's not that at all. Everyone already knew men in subbu's family would never do that for some death.
Peak writing!
i just realised, dorothy was my first Ilayaraja padam in a theatre, makes me appreciate this movie more. can't thank KS enough for giving me this movie❤️
Why do you think #dorothy got A rated?
No seriously...I'm actually thinking...
The violence isn't that gore either. If it's just the climax kiss...
dei cbfc!!!!😤😤😤
Mysskin sir so unhinged and this perspective should indeed be cultivated amongst audience. World is so huge and all stories should be welcomed. That's gonna happen only if one step out of what one think is right.
@akhilsritweets True. The flashback of the transwoman and Meera Jasmine pregnancy scenes got so much potential. The director didn't knit them together the right way!
@karthiksubbaraj In this age and day, the fact that KaSu didn't let any spoiler come off before it's official release is so cool. That malasia ban or whateva was what kinda gave some generic concept away but everyone from official team were sooo tight lipped.
If not for those fuglies on day 1😤!
