@Ash_marcellus @laceysrainey It truly is where they are headed. It makes so much sense now and I wish I had more teachers creating this environment for me. I feel I owe it to my students to continuously make them feel that they truly can achieve whatever they choose to work for!

@Elaine5561 @laceysrainey I have even been in situations where it is either push for what you believe or lose your job. It is unfortunate but true for some. We all need to have an open mind to what education could become if we stop staying stuck in the mud.

@laceysrainey A1 @Ash_marcellus took the words out of my mouth lol. I believe Reeves has done a great job of explaining the importance of assessment for learning not just for teachers but for leaders as well. Teachers can use assessment for learning to create that growth mindset.

A1 Formative assessment helps give feedback to the student and teacher to push the student forward. They may not be there yet but feedback helps give them the positive knowledge that they can work on it and get there. #EDUC6313

A3 I wish more accommodations were taken into account when it comes to testing students with special needs. I have students that need certain environments as well as oral administration. There just doesn't seem to be enough man power to do it all. #EDUC6313

@laceysrainey A1 Currently we have a Functional Life Skills classroom, we have students with a variety of special needs in the classrooms so accommodations vary, but they are addressed by the classroom teacher or pull out teachers. #EDUC6313
