@TwitchSupport Please help me understand my situation. I think someone hacked me and tried to withdraw bits from my account. I can provide all my bills and documents. I live in Russia. I beg you, I want to keep streaming 😭
@DearlyRuralTTV@TwitchSupport I was hit with an indefinite suspension. Most likely, my account was compromised for fraudulent activity, but Twitch did not even want to hear me out. So now I can only submit another appeal in six months. Losing the account itself is not as scary as being indefinitely suspended
@TwitchSupport The timing of this post is almost ironic. I spent weeks explaining I may have been affected by third-party fraud, provided everything Support asked for, and still lost my account without a clear explanation. I wish this concern for streamers’ safety applied to cases like mine too
@TwitchSupport I think this is where my communication with Twitch Support ends. I explained everything, provided every detail they asked for, and was ready to provide more. I was left without a clear explanation or a fair chance to defend myself. My full story is attached below.
My mood these past few days is like a picture. And all because Twitch has decided to ignore me and not help in any way in this situation. I understand the situation is difficult, but I'm tired of being constantly banned with no way to escape it. 😭
@TwitchSupport
Hi, I’m following up on case #10415503. I submitted an appeal, was sent to Fraud Support, then redirected back to the Appeals Portal, where I can’t submit another appeal. Could you please confirm my case reached the appropriate team? Thank you.
@TwitchSupport
The Appeals Portal does not allow me to submit another appeal — the button is unavailable. After my original appeal, I was directed to Support/Fraud, but Support then redirected me back to Appeals. I’m currently stuck between the two systems.
@TwitchSupport Adding the key details here for visibility: Twitch channel Cartavh, support case #10415503. I already submitted an appeal, and the Appeals Portal currently does not allow me to submit another one. 😔
@TwitchSupport
My Twitch channel Cartavh was indefinitely suspended for alleged fraud involving Bits. I did not participate in any fraudulent activity. I already submitted an appeal, but I still have no clear way to resolve this.
@TwitchSupport
Please escalate my case for manual review by the appropriate Fraud/Payouts team. Twitch channel: Cartavh. Support case: #10415503. Twitch means a lot to me. I have nothing to hide and will fully cooperate with any investigation. Thank you
I am ready to privately provide ID, bank/payment records, proof of residence and account ownership, and complete any verification required. Please manually review the relevant Bits transactions, purchases, payouts, logins and devices connected to my account.
I never received or withdrew a Twitch payout related to those Bits. If any Bits or revenue are disputed, I am willing to forfeit them if necessary. I care about getting my channel back, not keeping money connected to potentially fraudulent transactions.
I have never purchased Twitch Bits, used stolen payment information, bots, or compromised accounts. The Bits on my channel were voluntarily cheered by viewers months ago. I did not request or arrange them and had no reason to believe they came from fraud.
