@AirFranceFR had the worst flight experience ever with Air France. Had to fly as a family of 4 with 3 seats in one row and the fourth one is a middle seat behind us for an 8 hr flight. The original flight was cancelled to shrink people into a smaller plane

It was only reason I applied for delta AE card & it was marketed solely for this trip
It’s shameful &what’s worse is that they don’t care even when u pay premium for tickets.
Ruined my vacation with their poor service
Pls stop misleading customers & start really caring about them

The flight was booked as Delta @Delta flight operated by Air France, and a false marketing of applying for a delta American Express @AmericanExpress claiming 1st checked bag free but of course I learned at the airport it is not applicable to coshared flight.

Apologies after apology but no real help to the situation. I paid a lot of money for the flight for convenience and timing but at the end of the day, I got a very bad deal that was not what I paid for

We all had 4 seats altogether, but because they do t. Are about anything other than profits, they cancelled and flight and let customer delayed for more than 2 hrs and inconvenience just to save money. I tried to ask for help and all I got sorry there’s nothing we can do
