Without a legal name to be tracked back to the original signer, nothing is valid! Anyone could be "Atreue" and anyone could be "Luv Tonique." ESIGN requires a LEGAL NAME to be valid on their end.

You refused the refund. Therefore you gave up the right to be returned to original standing. That doesn't mean the sale stands, that just means you don't get your money back.

You regretting it later is irrelevant to the agreement.
