Booked family travel for 4 with @airindia and were assigned a “window seat” that has NO actual window (misaligned window seat) on departure flight. Return flight appears to have same issue. Called customer care 3-4 times but no resolution

Requesting proper reseating for all 4 family members together before check-in and refund/compensation for departure flight. This is misleading seat allocation and extremely frustrating for family travel.
@Apollo24x7 since last 24 hours i am struggling with a refubd issue. And I am with your chat team since last 1.5 hours who are now telling me that I would get a callback after 48 hours. Is this how you treat your customers
@Apollo24x7 I am highlighting here as well so that people can see what your customers go through after using your services both offile and online and they can remain informed to use other companies. As you continue to waste my precious time.
@Apollo24x7 I already have app installed where i connected with the chat help who told me who told me that we will escalate to concerned team, today your telle caller also told me the same thing. And now you asking me to again contact back the customer care.

@Apollo24x7 Now they’re telling me that after 48 hours that they are escalating the issue to the concerned team who would call me back in another48 hours. And the issue is return if an order.
@Apollo24x7 What resolution is needed in a simple refund, i fail to understand. Anyone reading this thread, please refrain from ordering or purchasing anything from apollo, otherwise they will make you suffer and make a fool out of you.
