@HM_Passport TNT has stolen my passport! Why wasn’t there an option to collect in person? Now I am left without a passport and supposed to be travelling next week. No support given at all by your call centre, everyone I have spoken to is clueless. How can I get a fast track replacement??

@HM_Passport Paid for an express service to renew my passport and your courier service has STOLEN my passport. I have tried contacting your customer service centre but no help is being provided. I am supposed to be travelling for work next week!

@HM_Passport - my passport got STOLEN by your courier service paid even though I paid for your express service. Supposed to be travelling next week. Called your help centre 3x and no one knows what to do! What a joke!
