@CA_EDD Maybe people wouldn’t fall for such obvious attempts of fraud, if you actually made it possible for them to resolve their issue at @IDme
To outsource identity verification to a company that is obviously incapable of handling the demand is negligence. These are peoples lives here

@CA_EDD To suspend 1.5million accounts without direct evidence of any fraudulent behavior by the claimants in the middle of a health and economic crisis is neglect. This for many is unbearable and beyond financial hardship it is sheer emotional torture. @CA_EDD @CAgovernor
