24 November - 31 December we had total of 233 hours of noelectricity over and above standard loadshedding.
That’s 9,7 full 24hour days of outage

How does 1 sort an issue out here?We chatbot rsaweb @3pm (7h ago) &they say:escalated 2vuma… we’ve heard 0 from vuma. No call centre/contact detail. Rsaweb can’t help further. On the 1 night i DO have power- how do I now explain this to intl clients
