Although I think it's great that hateful tweets are being limited, I don't think it's enough to simply label them with a warning. I think hateful tweets should be monitored much more closely and removed in certain, extreme circumstances. #BeachSMC

I agree, I think it's imperative for people to be mindful of how much time they spend on Twitter and set restrictions or block words on the app if needed. Keeping up with the news is important, but so is your mental health. #BeachSMC

@ScottTKlein I haven't used Twitch much recently, but I also used to use it often to support my favorite content creators. So, I definitely find it interesting to learn how the platform has changed so much in recent years to favor monetization. #BeachSMC

Twitter is constantly changing these days and it seems as though it's for the worse. I don't think it's a good idea to only focus on Twitter Blue users and paid content when the majority of users aren't paying for the additional benefits. #BeachSMC

Although TikTok isn't like other platforms, I do think it's similar in the sense that it can be both beneifical and harmful to people. I think apps should have restricitions, but at the end of the day it's up to us to use them responsibly. #BeachSMC

@Jenishimura I think it's incredibly important for people to take information from social media with a grain of salt. Platforms like TikTok can be really beneficial in raising awareness of vital information, but they can also be misleading. It's always best to do your own research. #BeachSMC

Although I think a new app that serves the same purpose as Twitter is needed, I think it should be significantly different. It would be more beneficial if the new app had a new interface and offered new features unlike the app BlueSky. #BeachSMC

I think it's great that Reddit added a search tool that allows users to find specific comments within a post without expanding all the replies. It's an efficient and long overdue feature that truly improves the app's functionality. #BeachSMC

@julialamillo I find it so interesting that BeReal can actually facilitate real connections. Personally the app felt like the new version of Snapchat so I figured the connections would also be on the superficial end, but it's great to here that it's more than that! #BeachSMC

I think it's great that YouTube is becoming even more inclusive by providing a multilingual feature on their app. YouTube is a worldwide app and it definately can be frustrating to watch a video that is in another language with only subtitles. #BeachSMC

I think it's really progressive that employeers are now looking at personal social media accounts like TikTok to seek talent. It used to be frowned upon to have public social media channels and now they may be the key to finding a new position.#BeachSMC

@aliciakcwriting I couldn't agree more. I think it's imparitive for people to take breaks from socials especially if they're not in a great place. I've personally taken breaks from Instagram and have struggled to be fully present again because it's nice not to hyperfocus on social media.#BeachSMC

Twitter is inherently a great app, but it's been going downhill since Elon acquired it. I think most issues are bearable, but privacy ones aren't. If private features like Twitter Circle are unreliable, it makes me less inclined to use the app. #BeachSMC

I find it disheartening that people are trading out major social media platforms for niche ones. I like that major patforms bring everyone together, but I think they'll serve a new purpose now that people have specialized platforms like Twitch. #BeachSMC
