@ForkTailFarmer Depending on how far you want to drive, Ha-Ha-Tonka State Park in Central Missouri has hiking AND the ruins of a legit abandoned castle destroyed by fire 100 years ago. It's awesome!

@MaryKateGulick We did that in our family last weekend. Quick 3-person sample. Husband had fever and headache for two days. 15yo was out of commission for 24 hours. I kinda had a headache in the evening but still did an 18-mile bike ride the next day 🤷‍♀️ Everyone is different. Feel better soon!
