Hey i'm Kimi, head of product at @voicecc, the first Opinion Layer of crypto

the honest version of how i got here

i started in sales, not crypto, not tech
just a kid who couldn't sit in a job that felt empty

buy low, sell high, produce nothing
i needed to build something that actually mattered

that itch pulled me through every seat in this industry:

> product

2021 was where crypto started for me
becamo CPO of my first crypto agency in six months

last cycle i launched tokens and scaled communities

i shipped things that printed and things that died the day they went live

(for a while i blamed the market)

but it wasn't the market

most of what gets built in crypto never had a soul to begin with
a trend shows up, everyone copies it and blames the chart when it flatlines

then the question i'd been avoiding finally caught up with me:
am i building something that lasts or just watching numbers move?

that's what led me to VOICE

we put a price on opinions
your take carries real weight here, not a like that's worth nothing

every feature we ship maps to a real number or it doesn't ship

crypto builds on vibes but we build on metrics

on a human note, 100 days off cigarettes today
running on energy drinks and an unreasonable love for the work

prediction markets solve the wrong problem

polymarket and others proved people love having opinions about the future. but to participate you need to bet, and for you to win someone has to lose

so 90% of people just... watch (and around 70% eventually lose on their bets according to stats). these people have the opinion, they don't put money on it, their voice disappears

I will keep repeating this: your take shouldn't need a bankroll to count

curious to know what’s more interesting for you: pure gambling vibes with a chance to win big or the ability the speak out your opinion and receive rewards objectively lower than betting wins?

we used to spend weeks on the big flashy stuff. geo battles, kol battles, full production every time

then we just started shipping small things back to back, every single week, nothing fancy. dau climbed up 20%+

size of any one campaign mattered way less than never going quiet for a week

bit of an ego check for someone who likes building the big ones
