Lots of questions about his latest outburst and whether his conditional release should be contested.

I’ve answered some, but here’s more context.

He knows he is going to lose. Every case. Every charge.

He isn’t trying for an acquittal. He is trying to delay his trials for as long as possible. He is convinced that winning the election is only his way out. He also believes the less his crimes see the light of day, the better his chances with the voters.

So…we file to revoke his conditional release. He appeals that his 1A rights are being restricted. It goes to the Appellate, then the Supreme Court. Weeks possibly months of delay. Then he’ll appeal the judge has it in for him…so on and so forth.

Yeah, we don’t like it but we’ll take the hits. We want a speedy trial. We want to see him held accountable. We want Justice. As you do.

It’s ok to walk away from the battles you want to fight in order to win the war.

The male resident there tells @WFLAJustin Tonya was there on 6/6, but he denies any involvement.
