@WOOLWORTHS_SA No as I walked past the store and saw the staff loitering outside, about 5 or 6 of them. They came through the staff entrance so definitely so management should be aware of this as there was security at the door. Surely there needs to be a protocol that your staff should follow

I am owed thousandsAs per the president’s speech, anyone take advantage through fraud will be prosecuted. DTI and lawyers next!

Upon checking we see that your ticket is issued through a travel agency, hence we advise you to contact the same regarding rebooking or refund query. As they will be in a better position to assist you.
