“My family is going to create a grant to eliminate your student loans, the billionaire Robert F. Smith said, pledging to eliminate the student loan debt of the 2019 Morehouse College graduating class. “This is my class." https://t.co/BAXc6ThLrL
Love this presentation! When we talk about lesson planning with the 4c's with teachers, this presentation is short and would assist with giving teachers additional ideas for why and how to use the 4c's.
Want students to remember something? Ask them to draw it! Research shows that drawing boosts learning by forcing us to process information in multiple ways: visually, kinesthetically, and linguistically.
One of the tenants of our AISD leadership definition is a Passion for the Work. Our students will know how much we believe in them as they take the STAAR this week. Thank you, Ms. Munoz, for leading this work and for your crew who gave of their time!
School funding should not be tied to STAAR testing, and students deserve full-day pre-K. The senate will now be hearing its own version of #HB3 tomorrow, so please take 30 seconds to send an email to your senator! https://t.co/gZhS2qqofu #TxEd#TxLege
🛑 STOP RIGHT NOW‼️before they start‼️Let’s not count down the days until end of school year!!Let’s not count the days; let’s make the days count!

Speer Family Math Night at Kroger was enjoyed by all who attended on this chilly February night! Students & parents spent time weighing fruit in the produce department. Students compared toliet paper prices to find the best buy & even determined which cereal was more nutritious.
Every day we have a choice. We can choose to be positive or to be negative. We can choose to be grateful and see the good in all that have or we can let anger, fear, doubt, and insecurities rob us of our joy and the life we're meant to live.
@ZealousEducator I earned my Ed.D from @ACEedu in Educational Leadership, and loved my experience at The American College of Education. In fact, I prior to working on my doctorate, I completed a masters in curriculum & instruction with ACE.
