Mandy Estes was my 1st principal. She hired me as a rookie. Since then, I’ve made a home at Caldwell Heights Elem. She allowed me to teach Kinder at my request to expand my horizons. And she’s now the Chief of Teaching & Learning for our district. ❤️ the passion for education!
