@DaneGerousMT@SCHDaccumulator What is the historical annual price apperciation of schd?
~10%. + ~10% dividend cagr.
Borrow at 4.5% (box spreads are ~4.5% currently)
The dividend growth will more than handle the interest on the loans
The price appreciation will allow you to borrow more
Driven by inflation
@4CatRanch@notadvice@the_satellite23 I'm spending 858/mo for a van to still not fit all my kids.
2 things can be true at once.
1. Inflation is retarded.
2. People's spending needs to get under control.
@LibertySavage01 I agree that its probably electromagnetim thats real and Einstein's relatively is just close enough that it "works". Its just really difficult to discern fact from fiction because its close enough just like germ theory. I believe gern theory is false is and terrian theory is real
This is the California nonprofit scam
The "nonprofit" San Diego Humane Society is sitting on over $100 million dollars
Total annual revenue: $72.9 million
Salaries and compensation: $45.3 million
The CEO makes $40,000+ per month
It’s gets $10 million from taxpayers every year
So to recap, they take in $73 million, and spend $45 million of it on salaries instead of expanding services like spay, neuter, rescue and adoption helping animals…..
Nonprofits are a scam. It’s money laundering and fraud. Abolish nonprofits
@LibertySavage01 Easier example, they relabeled the flu as the coof and did scare mongering with it. When literally flu cases went to 0 for that year and coof cases were about the normal annual flu numbers.
@LibertySavage01 No. They lie about everything.
You cannot violate physical laws, but they will lie about them if they can.
For instance, clean water eliminated a lot of diseases, but they introduced vaccines and lie that it was the vaccines and not better sanitation.
How about the doj starts prosecuting cops/DAs that arrest/prosecute people for having weapons.
Charge them with deprivation of rights under the color of law
In Florida, homeschooling parents receive about $10,000 per homeschooled child each year.
For public school students in Florida, about $10,000 of the annual cost per student goes towards teacher and staff salaries and benefits.
Teachers and staff members get to spend their earnings on whatever they want, but homeschooling parents are required to spend all of their $10,000 per child on educational expenses like instructional materials, tutoring, classes, testing, books, etc.
If you're a parent in Florida who homeschools 4 children instead of working a full time job, why shouldn't you be able to spend that $40,000 on anything your family needs - just like a public school teacher who earns $40,000 per year that they can spend however they like?
This policy sounds like it's leveling the playing field but it's really still requiring homeschoolers to accept a much lower standard of living than families involved the public schooling system.
@digitalspaz I touched my samsung stove the other night and the clock reset Its about 8 yrs old 😬

Why is a proper functioning militia necessary for the security of a free state?...
Figure that answer out and you'll understand why the first thing they gutted was the militia.
🚨 BASED! A GOP Congressman is pushing to give members of America’s Special Forces nationwide concealed carry rights.
No more disarming the heroes who protect us.
@Jimmywonton2 It is a scam. I have a professional engineering license without a 4 year degree. Took me less than 4 hours to take the professional licensing test (its supposed to be an 8 hour test). First one done, in a room of people who had 4 year degrees. Passed on my first try.
