The state in opposing the 4th bail application against #BrownMogotsi says Mogotsi planned an ESCAPE FROM COURT on 20 August 2026.
The defence says the application is based on new facts.
The state claims Mogotsi was going to disguise himself as a Correctional officer and have a run for it.
