@virginmedia This is all I get. It's not just a one off. It's everyday now. 1 minute it's fine, the next its down for hours. This is about the 5th time I'm waiting for 24 hours then can't book an engineer anyway. I get to a time slot then it's just restarts the 24 hour wait.

@virginmedia When I have I just get told its being looked into or I need to wait. Last time I was told my router was out of date and get a new one and that's not working either. I've lost commission work and sponsorships over the last 2-3 months because of this. And guess what...? Down again

@virginmedia I've tried. Booked a slot for Friday between 12pm-4pm. Loads to an error screen. Now it's telling me I need to wait 23 hours before booking a technician. This is beyond a joke now.
