The Cadets ability to complete this task was the culmination of a weeks worth of training, instruction & experience at delivering orders, section attacks, battle drills and other operational training with the results being a effective and well executed attacks on enemy positions.

FINAL ATTACK.

Today the Cadets launched their final attack on “enemy forces” and claimed overwhelming victory.

Two full platoons launched 2 separate attacks fighting through enemy positions, slowly making their way up the hill before destroying enemy HQ, winning the battle.

in a series of scenarios and exercises using blank ammunition. At the end of this phase of the training, weapon cleaning was undertaken before travel to Hampshire for overnight accommodation at Berkshire ACF’s excellent Training Centre in Bramley.

TIBUA. Yesterday’s part of Exercise Seven Kings saw us move to Hythe Ranges in Kent to undertake training in a built up area in a re-purposed Napoleonic era Redoubt. Cadets learnt the skills and tactics of room and building clearance and then put them to use… continued 1/2
