Plus, as mentioned, they need to either purchase the land their based on, or find a new site. So I assume it makes More sense to take delivery when they're settled in a more permanent spot.

@rkenny_writes It's a beautiful place. Spent many happy hours there as a child. I don't have many fond memories of living in Staffordshire, but that place is one.
