@blerghhh I had a hard workout 44 hours in last time I fasted and I was wobbly for about 20 minutes afterward and then had a jolt of energy for the following 1-2 hours.

@docjck I’m only mildly familiar with the WH method. One of these days I will take a good look at it. For now I just turn in the cold water and go. Staying calm and Breathing is certainly difficult in cold showers.

Today’s is my 4th day in a row of taking cold showers and my first day staying in there long enough to actually wash my hair. It’s getting easier. About 5 minutes today.
