What am saying is that the president will simply need to do a Kibaki on any of his opponents and get a second term. And I haven't said "a Kibaki" is an illegal thing.

The answer to that question is the reason why Mr WSR will win 2017.
Infact the Ruto 2027 win is more patriotic in demographic terms.

Remove Dead people from that register and expunge double and triple registration.
