Ultimately then if the player wants to exclude, they put a block on all gambling spend on their cards at bank level and this would prevent any ways to buy scratch cards/lottery and gamble in stores

@iamstevegirling @HBowdenJonesOBE @GamRegGB I stand corrected - I genuinely thought the tills prevented it. They definitely should, there still must be an identifiable option on the till though to trigger the operative to check the age of the individual purchasing
