$MSFT, $ADBE, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HCL, Cognizant and Capgemini are suspended from PERM, a key green card sponsorship step. Existing H-1B visas aren’t automatically canceled.

Officials allege Microsoft cut 6,000 American jobs while receiving 6,000+ H-1B approvals and filing 3,682 PERM applications, nearly 1,000 allegedly covering positions affected by layoffs.

Colleges would pay $70,000 for initial OPT work authorization and $30,000 for renewals under a separate proposal. It is not yet in effect.

That could put nearly $50 billion in annual sales under one roof.

$CMG jumped over after the FT reported that $SBUX has explored a takeover.

Chipotle is worth roughly $39 billion on the stock market. Starbucks has worked with advisers, but no formal offer is confirmed.

Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol previously ran Chipotle for six years.

Starbucks could help Chipotle expand globally. But buying it would be expensive, just as Starbucks is working on its own turnaround.

People are now putting real money on everything from game outcomes to individual plays. The NFL fears some contracts could even incentivise missed kicks, deliberate fumbles or the misuse of insider information.

The league wants individual states, not exclusively the CFTC, to regulate sports prediction markets as gambling.

It also wants a minimum age of 21.

For platforms like Kalshi and Polymarket, this is an enormous revenue opportunity.
But the bigger these markets get, the harder it becomes to separate financial speculation from outright gambling.

The NFL isn't fighting prediction markets themselves.
It's fighting over who gets to regulate them and how far betting can go.

$PEP PepsiCo just beat Wall Street's expectations on both earnings and revenue. But the stock hasn't performed!

Q3 earnings came in at $2.34 per share, beating estimates by $0.04, while revenue reached $25.27 billion against expectations of $24.97 billion.

Analysts had cut their earnings estimates 16 times in the past 90 days, with 0 upward revisions.

So PepsiCo delivered a beat, but against expectations that had already been lowered.

The real question for investors is whether the business is improving or whether Wall Street simply set the bar too low.

My read is that the race now has two prizes.
Build the intelligence, OR build the product people turn to every day.

For SpaceX, using outside models could broaden Grok Bot’s capabilities while keeping users inside its ecosystem.
For rival labs, it creates another route to customers and revenue.

Those providers get paid too. Owning the interface doesn’t automatically mean owning the economics.

AI competitors are becoming each other’s partners. The battle is increasingly about who owns the DIRECT customer relationship.

Less war, more coordination. Great thing for the users!

GST refunds could get faster, putting more cash back into the hands of Indian businesses.

Sources say the 57th GST Council, meeting in New Delhi under Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, has approved reforms to speed up registrations, automate tax credit processing and reduce manual checks for low-risk taxpayers.

For MSMEs and exporters, this could mean less money stuck with the tax department and more cash available to run their businesses.

Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis, Karnataka CM D. K. Shivakumar, J&K CM Omar Abdullah and Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini are among those attending.
