Extremely disappointed with the after-sales service from @RelianceDigital.
I raised Service Request 5833997 on 30/7/26 for my LG- GC-B22FTQPL refrigerator, which is covered under an Reliance Digital AMC.
the SR was closed without any technician visiting/ attending complaint.

I request @RelianceDigital to: Explain why the complaint was closed without any service being provided hope this issue is resolved promptly without the need for further escalation to consumer authorities.

As a customer who has paid for an AMC, this level of service is unacceptable. Closing a complaint without resolution defeats the very purpose of purchasing an Annual Maintenance Contract.

I contacted customer care twice, and each time I was told the issue had been escalated and that I would receive a callback. Despite repeated follow-ups, no callback has been received and no action has been taken.

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart one more day wasted because of the irresponsible and careless support even after paying for the VIP support. I don't think flipkart cares for the customers time and money. Worst experience ever. Want my money paid for VIP back.

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart I have ordered a mobile phone on 18th and I was promised that it will be delivered on 19th (order # OD332081602845138100) I did called the deliver partner and requested him to deliver the order on 19th (today ) itself and I have another appointments
