Jio Platforms IPO isn’t just a telecom listing—it’s India’s digital platform going public.
Connectivity is the foundation (530M+ users, ~60% of India’s data traffic, largest 5G base outside China), but the real story is the stack on top: AI (JioBrain), cloud, enterprise solutions, IoT, home broadband (Fiber + AirFiber), apps, content, and proprietary tech (thousands of patents in 5G/AI/cloud).
It’s a pure fresh issue (no OFS)—proceeds mainly cut subsidiary debt, moving it toward net-debt-free. Scale + multiple monetization layers + growth runway in digital services/AI/broadband is why it stands out as more than “just telecom.”

@elonmusk The Tesla Roadster is about to rewrite what a car can do. Flying the Snake River or Grand Canyon, sticking the landing on its wheels, and breaking half the speed of sound? That’s not science fiction—that’s the next chapter. Pure magic.
@WindowsCentral A lot of apps these days still feel like they’re just browser windows. Hopefully more devs start using WinUI so we get actual native experiences instead.
Those abusing Elon Musk on 𝕏 depend on:
• Chinese or American smartphones.
• U.S based apps on their phones.
• U.S. AI technology like ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok
And then they complain about Elon Musk:
“We don’t want Starlink. We can build our own technology.” 😂
@adilkhan7th No gym, sure. Just a future appointment for the slipped disc, wrecked knees, and whatever’s living in that mud on his bare feet.
Form’s so bad the pump’s getting a better workout than he is
Vertical mounting sends condensate the wrong way because the drain pan is designed only for horizontal use.
Water overflows onto the circuit board and wiring within minutes, shorting the unit.
Airflow also becomes a narrow sideways jet instead of room-wide distribution, but drainage failure stops it first
They can. Braided cables with proper strain relief and thicker conductors already last years; the thin, lightly reinforced ones fail early because frequent replacement is more profitable than durability. Old phone cords faced far less daily flexing and used bulkier materials that weren’t optimized for thinness or cost.
A, C, and D get shocked. B does not.
A stands on the ground and touches the hot wire, so current flows through the body to ground.
B stands on the insulating stool and touches only the hot wire, so there is no complete path for current.
C stands on the ground and touches the hot wire, so current still flows through the body to ground.
D stands on the stool but touches both the hot and neutral wires, so current flows from one hand to the other through the body.
@Ajayfizzy Copper. Residue or corrosion on the brass burner caps puts copper ions in the flame, which glow green. Clean and dry the burners and it should go blue again.
India’s fall isn’t weak growth. Nifty is ~13% down in 2026 as $100+ crude, 5.3% US yields and heavy FPI selling hit the rupee. Policy is amplifying it: oil-import dependence, capital-gains uncertainty and thin chip incentives. Buffers, a stable tax regime and semiconductor push can reopen foreign flows. SIPs alone won’t.
The same continent that still burns lignite and can’t field a reusable heavy-lift rocket just sent Elon an invoice for making history. Starship flew, the booster splashed down softly, and humanity got one step closer to not being a single-planet species. Keep the €67 million. We’ll take Mars.
@AamirsDevotee This is the stupidest movie I ever saw. If you take a loan from a bank you have to return it. This clown going after the bank and blaming it for his dad's suicide while also destroying people's lives by wrecking the bank where they kept their hard-earned money. Peak nonsense
@_jiddu Companies compete by cutting prices and innovating, not by waiting for favours. Jio launched in 2016 with free calls and dirt-cheap data, triggering a price war that weaker operators couldn’t survive. That’s how markets work.
