A landmark court case ‘Tickle vs Giggle’ in Australia 🇦🇺 of a Transgender Man, ‘Roxanne Tickle’ against a Female Only App called ‘Giggle’ could challenge the protection of women and gender identity under the Sex Discrimination Act.

The federal court case over the Trans man being denied access to the Female Only app, could lead to Australia rewriting its laws that protect biological women-if the court rules in Mr Tickles favour.
