Lord on Ziemmer's growth over the last 5-7 games.

"I think he's grown a tremendous amount. I think he's moving his feet better. He's being far more physical. He probably had five or six hits tonight.

He's doing what he needs to do to try to stay in the lineup and help us. And then obviously the goal scoring at certain points is huge. There's a lot to like from a from a young player in his first year.

I think the growth has been exceptional and [he has a] really bright future."
