The project “Urban Toolbox” by Friedel Schlör is about “good” and “bad” urban planning from all over the world. In order to promote an open and playful use of the city, he developed three mobile steel attachments that can be applied to Cologne’s street furniture.

“Colliding Circulations” is an exhibition on Dakar’s mobilities between global connections and local displacements by Mamadou Diol and Leity Kane from Kaddu Yaraax, curated by Simon Meienberg.

They translate global dynamics, local lifeworlds, and spatial dissonances of the city into theatrical forms of resistance and resilience. Together with Dakar’s inhabitants, they develop analytical and choreographic tools for collective production of space.
