@Glaziya $1000 here could be one bill for someone. In most places in 2026, $1000 if you’re luck is 1b 1b. Renting is expensive. Average groceries for let’s say 3 adults could be $200 a week if you budget right, but can easily be 1000/month. If you have kids that could be for 2 weeks only.

Daycare for one child is easily 1000 a month in some places more. Average car payments are 500-1000. So when people back home go “you can’t just send me 100” lol every 100 counts for the average person. Hope this helps?
