@robinebers Seen mutiple codex dev’s tweet this week that they dont alter live models hardly at all nd focus on keeping them up so i would doubt it.

Their stance has been that cowork should be its own entity and function but i agree that it makes it more confusing then it should be. If someone new opens it up how do they decide what one to use and for what? Also cowork is just a limped version of claude code imo. Would love to know @bcherny and co’s thoughts on why they think claude code and cowork need to be separate entities..

Think a lot more “normies” or non technical developers are using copilot/chatgpt over claude than you think. Much more of that from my experience. Open your email or internet and those are basically opened up for you. Claude you have to seek out not which I dont see a lot of real estate people do.

@pitdesi @alexandr_wang Just too many good models at our fingerprints to just use new ones not as good just for the heck of it. Why use that when Claude has a home widget app i can use and get better responses with from opus etc?
