I'm taking a break from Twitter. If you'd like to learn more about how I support families at mealtimes please take a look at my website https://t.co/k42kxlU86v You'll also be able to contact me via my website.
When I started Kitchen Titbits, I was keen to find other people with an expertise which would complement my own.
Iโd love to have a chat with you, as an expert in your field, if you feel that we could support each other.
I miss cooking for people and hosting workshops. I look forward to welcoming people back but until then, I'm doing what I can to recreate the atmosphere online.
Food brings people together and lockdown has shown us that technology can still allow this to happen in its own way.
Recipe of the week: Butternut squash and feta scones
Scones are great, not just for afternoon tea, but also for lunch or snack. These butternut squash and feta scones make for a savoury change and a way of getting another veg into us and our children.

If the timings of the How to feed your fussy eater online programme terms don't work for you and you don't think that you'll be able to fully commit, then perhaps a 121 course would be a better option?
Message me if this is an option you'd like to explore.

How often is your child eating?
My children eat breakfast, have a mid-morning snack, lunch, a mid-afternoon snack and tea, all around the same time each day so they know when to expect food.
It's not as hard as you might think to turn stressful mealtimes into enjoyable family time around the table.
I don't want to add more to your plate, you've got enough to do, instead we'll look at what's on it.
