@AlexDaugherty1 It’s hard to tell from the TV angle but I wonder if it’s just Lauzon prioritising being defensively responsible? If he makes the early pass while he’s still deep in the zone a block could spring an odd man rush for the Blues, and he knows he’s leaving his D partner alone.
@maccas do you guys *ever* have the Happy Meal books? My kid asks for it every time and it literally always gets substituted for a toy, and when we go back to swap it over they just look at us confused, as though nobody ever picks the book.
Has anyone ever *not* gotten this error when ordering at a @maccas kiosk? I’ve learnt to have my phone out to take a picture of my receipt number before even submitting my order now. What a simple usability improvement it would be to show the number in the error message!
Dear @Kogan,
Your relentless spam makes me sincerely regret buying from you.
18 unsolicited emails in 10 days was bad enough but this bullshit on your unsubscribe page is unacceptable and you *know* it.
Reported to @acmadotgov.
Ugh, @UberEats has by far the most obnoxious push notifications of any app I've ever used.
If users need to disable five separate on-by-default settings in your app to turn off your marketing bullshit, your UX team needs to seriously consider walking out.
Can anyone recommend an alternative to @TripIt? I don't travel much and being forced to enter my DOB is reason enough to stop using it going forward. Just need something with an iPhone app.
Bonus points if I can migrate my TripIt data!
The most annoying issue in @Illustrator *by far* is this one: https://t.co/jq24K9Vyl7
It’s interesting because Adobe considers it fixed but many users don’t. It looks like the issue is that snap gets disabled when you’re close to the actual artboard boundary. Weird bug:
Since apparently @UserVoice silently throws away attached videos, here's my recording of this very annoying @Illustrator issue (after it was declared fixed): https://t.co/XBXEkWXi38
Interesting to see how the @nytgraphics has changed their map symbology as the Russian war in #Ukraine️ unfolds. On Feb 26, large red arrows and an almost opaque red color shows Russian advances in Ukraine. Suggesting fast, large and controlled overtaking. 1/5
@icethetics Interesting to see the Montreal version using English. Have you seen any sign of how they're planning to handle the French version, or how the logo will be adapted for SCF patches?
@stevedesigner@z_rose@steve_evil Here’s a similar (but slightly different) diagram from The Lancet, which suggests antigen detection only works after onset of symptoms (compared to RNA tests, which can be positive “as early as 6 days before symptoms”).

Felt very off-brand. With all the ads since I was last using the product I presume placement exams are a Plus feature now? Feels weird to be asked to learn “bonjour” and “oui” again.
As an aside, it has been three or four years since I last did Duolingo (I had finished the French course at the time) and the experience of signing in again was kind of depressing. Visibly watching all my past progress cleared, no acknowledgement of past success, etc.
