EXTREME DOGFOODING: Skybreach has been moved to a single simple server, using our own home-rolled replacements for EVM indexer, database, API endpoints, search infra.
The de-vercelification of RMRK is now complete.
We have killed Argo, kubernetes, vercel, typesense, elasticsearch, subsquid as dependencies. We kept @filebase and @Alchemy as essential, everything runs on a tiny server now, at a throughput of around 100x what it was 2 years ago, and at 1% the cost.
But we need your help: if you have lands, go try and interact with Skybreach and report bugs you find! The infra we killed was complex and there may be trailing dependencies left behind that will still break things.
There will be bugs on both Singular and Skybreach while we put the final polish on things, but by the end of the week we should be in a mature "let's now build on top of this" state!
Go forth and explore!

This is a post-feedback to the @LineaBuild team, @Consensys , @sharplink , @ethereumJoseph and everyone else connected to the truly great events of building @LineaBuild and the @ethereum network, written on behalf of the community.
Those who know me will be surprised to see this post, because they know how much I dislike FUD and how many times I personally convinced the community not to make quick judgments, to wait for the full picture, to believe in the project and to trust the @LineaBuild team.
I took the courage to share this feedback because I believe it is important for the team to know that at this moment, the most active members, the heart of the community, feel rejected and neglected in a sharp way. Why does this matter? Because after TGE the farmers will leave, and it is extremely important for the success of the network that those who truly love it and organically became part of its life will remain.

PLEASE DO NOT ASSOCIATE THIS OPINION WITH THE @efrogs_on_linea TEAM.
I act from the position of a community participant, not a moderator, and I did not notify the team in advance that I planned to write this post.

So, to the point: I want to make this post as short as possible.
- 4% for Surge - just put money and do nothing (I am aware of the risks of hacks and losing money).
- 1.4% for Ignition - just put money for 10 weeks and do nothing (I am aware of the risks of hacks and losing money).
- 9% for LXP farmers - just farm Voyage, Park and it’s almost done (I don’t devalue the work of the grinders, brothers, I am with you, but you see for yourselves that multipliers did not reflect unique activities through which the most engaged users could have been rewarded more).
- only 1% for builders and communities for 2 years of 24/7 activity (no info about OG builders / usual builders).
Are you serious? This is not a joke? 1%?
I don’t know who made this decision, but these people are as far away as possible from the essence and nature of this network. People in suits at big tables decided that Money > Community, and those who should have opposed them failed their job.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Well, let’s remember:
- Where was the money when you postponed the TGE?
- Where were the LXP farmers when you postponed the TGE?
- Who was with you 24/7 all this time, when everyone turned away?
- Who was with you when you were just starting?
- Who helped create the hype?
- Who filled your network with life and spent all their man-hours on maximum involvement in the life of the network?
- Who attended all your streams, reshared all your posts, onboarded newcomers, encouraged the old ones, defended against aggression and FUD?
And all this was not thanks to, but despite:
- the TGE delay
- the hardest market conditions
- the total lack of information and transparency
- huge pressure from farmers because we did not agree with FUD and became the last stronghold of @LineaBuild support in difficult times!
- private programs and other initiatives that drained liquidity from ecosystem and community projects (while providing 0 support).
The philosophy of eFrogs has always been simple: not to muddy the waters, but to support the Linea project in all its endeavors, to stand shoulder to shoulder with the team, and to bring value every single day.

Despite everything we survived and continue to live, but the cold and indifference towards the community right now delivers another blow to those community projects that could have become blue chips in the network after TGE and shine with their activity and presence in the network as a sign that the ecosystem lives and rewards those who not only farm, but are organically active and see the network as their home.
Is 1% really enough to reward both builders and the community with its members? Obviously not. You rewarded Ignition for liquidity locked for 10 weeks much higher than all of this.
I swear to God, it is hypocrisy to shout about the importance of builders, shout about the importance of community and then act in this way.
If the network has no builders and real users connecting everything together, no liquidity will bring a good effect. You don’t need to look far for examples.

As a moderator monitoring all information channels 24/7, I can responsibly state that against the backdrop of bright rewards for everyone else, the guys who simply lived in the network and actively participated in everything as volunteers, who truly believed and still believe in the project, now feel used and forgotten.
It turns out we once again received proof that we should just forget all these stories about community, AMAs, streams, activities, gaming contests - and just farm, abuse, pour liquidity. This is what networks reward, and unfortunately @LineaAssoc has also joined these ranks.

Am I wrong? I would truly like to be wrong in my conclusions. But I see the market’s reaction, which shows that users have become convinced they should leave.
