🚨AGAIN AND AGAIN: AN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT WITH NO DRIVER’S LICENSE SENT A CHILD TO THE HOSPITAL.

He was cited in Connecticut but was STILL driving an 18-wheeler two weeks later. ICE says he then made an illegal turn in Massachusetts, hit a car and sent a child to the hospital.

ICE Boston arrested Maximo Garcia-Lopez, a Guatemalan national, after the Sept. 18 crash in Marlborough. The agency says a records check found he had no commercial driver’s license and no driver’s license of any kind. The child’s condition has not been released.

Connecticut had cited Garcia-Lopez on Sept. 4 for driving a tractor-trailer without a commercial license. CDL Life reported that commercial vehicle inspectors also recorded 31 violations on the Freightliner. ICE and 7News identified his employer as YMY Transport LLC of Colonial Heights, Virginia.

ICE Boston announced the arrest Thursday and criticized Gov. Maura Healey’s PROTECT Act, which limits some state cooperation with federal immigration authorities. The office said it would “continue to protect the law-abiding citizens of Massachusetts.”

Garcia-Lopez remains in ICE custody.

Meriden, CT, Judicial Court Marshals impeded an ICE arrest earlier this week, and told an illegal alien with multiple DUIs to hide upstairs in the courthouse !!!

One Judicial Court Marshal even blocked the elevator and exits and threatened one of the officers by saying “I’ll catch you outside and rip your face off.” 

Then anti-ICE agitators blocked the officer’s exit.

Lamont signed the partisan Trust Act into law protecting illegal immigrants who were also convicted of serious felonies and misdemeanors in Connecticut from law enforcement. It bans our state and local police from communicating with or transferring any person in this country illegally and also convicted of serious crimes like sexual assault and manslaughter to federal authorities. Because of this we have had dangerous criminals convicted of manslaughter, assault, and sexual crimes out on our streets at the direction of this governor and legislature who have now harmed innocent citizens again. Enough is enough. As governor I will repeal these pro-criminal sanctuary policies and make our state safe.

Our tiny state of Connecticut has FIVE SCHOOLS in the top 50 of worst performing districts in the USA (Bridgeport, Norwalk, Hartford, Waterbury, Meriden). How is that possible without waste, fraud, and MALPRACTICE… You pay way more than 23,000 dollars PER PUPIL in our public schools. What is your ROI? We are being ripped off — a once great Nutmeg education has been reduced to a “giant daycare” in many places; riddled with administrative bloat, bad curriculum, and low standards/grades… not to mention the radical changes in demographics as undocumented children are given full privileges to our public schools, so “ESL” (>40 languages/another Ponzi scheme) permeates, further effecting dynamics. Just an overall mess. The radical left, @CTDems REGIME uses the system to hollow it out, grow govt, and stifle your child’s outcome. Education needs to be about excellence, UNACCEPTABLE, reform it all.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) District of Connecticut was used by the Governor of Connecticut, Ned Lamont, to weaponize the DOJ and to engage in legal warfare against me. This was done to insulate the Governor and his wife from public scrutiny and investigation into wrongdoing. A politically motivated search over years began targeting me and the weaponized offices of the Governor and DOJ were the instruments.

Governor Lamont created familial ties using the power of his office and his powerful friendship with President Biden to create an insular system of justice. The Lamont-DOJ of Connecticut used the Governors' political and legal apparatus to insulate Governor Lamont, Annie Lamont and the mountain of business dealings within a singular network of business colleagues, former business partners and family members. The financial relationships between leaders of the two offices created familial ties and interdependence, creating partiality in a weaponized effort to ensure a pre-determined outcome, my loss of standing and trust in the community, ensure my silence, and ensure my arrest and conviction. All in an effort to protect the Governor and his family from federal investigation. The corruption is the Governor's office, its employment of past high ranking DOJ officials married to current high ranking DOJ officials pursuing selective investigation of members of the Governor's staff. Governor Lamont's inner circle was entirely intertwined with the federal apparatus of the Connecticut DOJ meant to police it.
