There's the finality of "donated" meaning its been done. Which in Amber's case, she hasn't done that and has halted donating before even being sued.

@RealDanFielding @jul_woo @nypost I am honestly tired of women ruining actors lives like this, and when it comes time for evidence or their testimony its overly dramatic and manipulative. As a woman, I seriously have such a lack of sympathy with her, maybe because everything seems forced and absurdly ridiculous.

@RealDanFielding @jul_woo @nypost Listen, what this boils down to is he said she said in both cases. And I will attempt to respect the opinions of others views of this case. My view is simply she is the abuser who is claiming everyone is lying, and she is the only one speaking the truth.

@michelle_lately I would disagree. A pledge is a PROMISE to DONATE. "Donated" means its all been paid. When she stated that she donated the money she acquired and then goes to blame Johnny for not DONATING the rest, there's the problem there.
