🚨 THERE IS NO PERFECT RECRUITING TIMELINE 🚨
One of the biggest mistakes athletes make is believing recruiting follows a predictable schedule.
It doesn’t.
The recruiting landscape is constantly changing.
A coach you spoke with last month might take a new job tomorrow.
A school that wasn’t recruiting your position may suddenly have an opening because a player transferred.
A roster that looked full can change overnight.
Players leave.
Coaches leave.
Needs change.
And that’s exactly why comparing your journey to someone else’s is so dangerous.
The athlete who committed as a freshman is not on the same path as the athlete who commits as a senior.
Neither path is wrong.
The truth is recruiting has always been fluid, but today it feels more unpredictable than ever.
So what can you control?
✅ Your development
✅ Your communication
✅ Your effort
✅ Your preparation
✅ Your attitude
Trusting the process doesn’t mean sitting back and hoping something happens.
It means having confidence that you’re doing the right things consistently, even when the results aren’t immediate.
Keep improving.
Keep building relationships.
Keep putting yourself in front of the right schools.
Your opportunity can appear when you least expect it.
Stay ready for it. 🥎

At the end of day 1 we are 1-1 in pool play. The girls had lots of fight today. They overcame a few errors in the first game to pull out a win. The second game score may not reflect the grit & effort but they definitely worked hard on both sides. Back at it in the morning. #ALLIN
