@alischwanke I would be far more wary of relying on a specific channel to build an audience or amplify content. Build a community where you control access to the users and how you deliver value.
@kdlafrance Loyalty can be looked at multiple ways. I am loyal to a brand if I purchase it over other options, but by some definitions I am loyal if I advocate/follow/engage with a brand even if I never make a purchase. Both people can be valuable to a company.
