@HSBC_UK I've been locked out of my online banking and I need to get in to my account. I live in NZ now and every attempt to reset my pin requires me to use my old phone that I no longer have access to. I tried ringing and the guy couldn't resolve the issue. I need help please.

@SF_England Yes, I’m a UK citizen; I only moved to NZ a few years ago. I’ve had the standard amount of schooling years, plus 1 year of college and a further 2 years of media studies before I attended university last time. This course (the same one) would be 3 years long.
@SF_England If I am not eligible for another SL and would thus have to finance the course myself.. would that be done through instalments, or would I have to pay everything upfront?

@SLC_Repayment you guys keep harassing me, asking me to contact you but make it impossible to contact you. I’m £1400+ in arrears on a student loan that I shouldn’t be paying in the first place. Website is expecting me to pay £400+/month which is impossible. I’m living abroad..
How the frick am I supposed to pay £402/month? There’s no option on the website to show proof of income (that this payment is not possible), and no way to contact you either, besides Twitter (overseas number DOES NOT WORK!!), help me fix this!!!
Increases. What am I supposed to do!? I can’t keep putting up with this. I set up a direct debit that I SHOULDN’T BE PAYING to sort this, and somehow there are still issues!? Please help me here, cos this has been going on for too long. £20k for 3 months is an absolute joke.
