@ShaunLintern Reduce waste, use compatible equipment for pre/in hospital. Charge a nominal amount for prescriptions in Wales. Educate patients in stock piling medication on repeat prescriptions. Stop prescribing simple analgesia such as paracetamol/brufen. Invest in social services/carers.
